Shaker Amplifiers
Shakers with 20 N and 100 N come integrated with amplifiers, making them extremely user-friendly. However, some of our shakers are too small to accommodate an integrated amplifier, while others are too powerful to operate with an internal amplifier. These shakers are supplied with external amplifiers. Our external amplifiers, designed and manufactured by Dynlabs, are lightweight and compact yet powerful, suitable for continuous operation and ensuring full utilization of the shaker’s capabilities. SA-500 or SA-400 can be used depending on preference for 250N and 440N models.
SA-500 Linear Power Amplifier
DynaLabs’ latest innovation, the SA-500 power amplifier, is designed to control vibration test machines of up to 500 VA. The amplifier can operate in either current mode or voltage mode.
The continuous sine output power is based upon a load impedance of 4 Ohm with a 500 VA. It has a usable frequency range of 40 Hz to 60 kHz at full power or from DC to 200 kHz at reduced power with the lowest distortion factor. The amplifier is not short-circuit proof. The power amplifier is extremely stable and reliable when operated within the temperature and mains voltage ranges specified. The maximum output current is fully adjustable.

SA-400 Class D Amplifier
The SA-400 is a powerful 400W Class D amplifier featuring adjustable gain, external signal input, and input protection.
The SA-400 amplifier is a highly efficient and compact two-channel audio power conversion solution designed for vibration test systems. It features adjustable gain setting, allowing for flexible control over signal amplification. The amplifier includes an external signal input and offers robust input protection. An integrated sine frequency generator is built-in, activated by pulling a switch, and provides signal generation across a range of 0-15 kHz. The amplifier operates within a voltage range of 110V to 220V.
Small sized and light amplifier: SA-150
Very small and extremely powerful for its size, the SA-150 amplifier is used in all our inertial shakers and PM-10 series permanent magnet shakers.
Despite its small size, an internal signal generator allows simple tests to be performed and test systems to be tested.
